Level 1 Identity Verification must be completed first

In order to link Yoti to your Electroneum account you must complete Level 1 Identity Verification first, to do so follow this guide How to complete KYC Level 1 Identity Verification.

Link Yoti to Electroneum Mobile Wallet

Step 1: Go to https://my.electroneum.com/ and login.

Step 2: Click on “Settings” button.

Step 3: Click on “Your Profile” button.

Step 4: Read “Import your Yoti profile”

Step 5: Scan the QR code displayed to the right with Yoti App.

in finland there is no address in passport neither in driving licence so yoti won’t work. you should provide another means to provide proof of address

Hi, I am very sorry for your frustration friend. I am nothing more than a normal user here helping others around a little bit.

How about moving your Electroneum to paper (offline) wallet until officials add more ways to verify identify? We can always import your paper wallet to mobile wallet or cli wallet at a later time.

Brazilian passport doesn´t have address information as well. So we´re not able to complete the yoti process because it. Someone from electroneum team can open a ticket to solve it?

Thanks @cuddlesquid for the Explanation i’m walking against the same problem my ID is approved but when i fill in Adres it doesn’t approve it at all :thinking: would maybe be better if Yoti would ask for a Document with your Adres on it so they can see that its you with that adres if you run into problems like many did so far :yum:

no it does not help because electroneum is asking for verified adresses which 99% can not verify with ID

I also have the same issue, certain countries seem to be unable to input the address so far with the Yoti app. I have an email thread going with Yoti support. So far no solutions, but will update here if anything useful comes up

but why the app its not avalable in my country i cant downlod it from google app im from algeria

I had the same problem and had to wait 24 hours then i could upload it on electroneum site and continue filling everything in i guess it just takes a while for it to complete :roll_eyes:

Now address can be added manually. In Italy too there’s not address on ID’s, but now i added it. Excellent
