How do I set up 2-factor authentication?

2-Factor Authentication, also known as 2FA is an extra layer of security that is known as ‘multi factor authentication’. It requires not only a password and username but also something that only that user has on them, i.e. a piece of information only they should know or have immediately on hand - such as a mobile/cell phone.

  • Enter a valid mobile number, including country code.
  • Click OK after confirming the number is correct.
  • You will receive an SMS to the number entered. If you do not receive this, please see your Frequent Asked Questions for common issues. Enter the 6 digit code, again, complete the CAPTCHA and submit confirmation code.
