Hey everyone I hope you are all doing well! One thing that people often ask me is how long can they freeze something? This they are not always sure about. I thought it might be a good idea to post something along those lines that is easy and simple to follow. Keep in mind it may vary a bit from country to country but this should eliminate any issues for how long to keep stuff frozen for Enjoy!

The top five risk factors that most often are responsible for foodborne illness outbreaks are:

  1. Improper hot/cold holding temperatures of potentially hazardous food.
