The guy is full of it. What they are creating is not anywhere close to a blockchain solution. They are calling it a âcoinâ and saying the word âblockchainâ to gain trust. But in reality, it is nothing more than digital fiat transfers which already exist. I wouldnât listen to that man any longer than I could throw him in feet/meters.
Heâs just another old establishment leader saying one thing and doing another.
Hey, at the end of the day it screams: Blockchain is here to stay. UNLESS it is part of a plot to discredit Bitcoin! Coca cola launched a clear product under a âdietâ guise to tank one of Pepsis products and it actually worked. It was like a kamekazi mission.
Even nowadays so few people know more than the name âBitcoinâ, so I think any publicity is still good publicity.
Even if this is a lame attempt to rebrand or defame Bitcoin / Alts, I believe the side effect of providing more exposure to crypto will ultimately be beneficial.
