This morning I noticed a post on the Telegram chat no one seemed to notice and I thought it was interesting. As you see from the headline the federal court found that virtual currencies are commodities. I’ll share the link to the tweet from the CFTC for you all to check out.

I totally agree there it’s a good ruling and I’m glad they’re not considered securities. I’d say some very bullish news overall in my opinion for crypto. The fact ETN has gone the regulated route was such a great decision.
