I try sending my etn to my wallet.
At the point etn needs to send it to the blockchain to send i got a error.
And now it stays at try sending again.
But my etn is still in the sending mode.
With a blockchain error ?
What can i do about this ?

Hi @user1246 are you referring to sending from an exchange ?
If so then you will have to contact the exchanges support and they will look into it for you, Because we here have no control on their side.
So if this is the case please do this first.

If you are sending from the etn wallet then that will just be a stuck block and should reset and return to your wallet within 72 hrs.
If it doesnt please contact support at the portal at https://support.electroneum.com/hc/en-gb let them know the problem and they will get back to you and look into it for you. Do this by using the drop down menu .
Please only raise 1 ticket as this could cause delays if you send multiple tickets.
