Error Message: The wallet address is too short, please make sure you

#1

Has anyone run into the error message below? When scanning the QR code from my phone, I receive a popup message with the following error message…

Error message: the wallet address is too short, please make sure you sending to a valid ETN wallet.

The vendor payment string looks correct, but I might be missing something obvious.

Thanks

@Emmanuel had this problem. Not sure if he was able to fix it.

#3

So this is an Instant Payment System QR code?

Or just a normal public address QR code?

#4

I figured it out, silly me… I was including brackets in the “data-etn-vendor” property

data-etn-vendor="{etn-it-xxxx…}"

Make sure you don’t accidentally include those.

 Easy mistake to make.

Glad its sorted. Any problems don’t hesitate to ask. :+1:
