I receive an error code named 6060 with “unable to connect” when I open the app. I’ve tried several different networks but problems persist. Is this a known issue?
I only get this if I try to log on with WiFi before I connect with 4g , so now if I have to log onto the app I use network (4g) then switch to WiFi and no error occurs…
Not sure this will help at all …
