Error code 16 - coins not available

Hi,

I have problem with transactions from 23/09/18 129.000 ETN and I don’t receive back my coins. Please check who is problem because I have status Failed on Blockchain. I see my coins but is still not available.

Morning Thomas , best thing for you to do is raise a support ticket as the coins should of been back in your balance by now…

Follow this link , register if you haven’t already and use the drop down menus to raise a support ticket they will get things sorted for you…

But maybe team can have some scaner for failed transaction or those with status retrying. Just talking…
