I have done my KYC level 2 since September 25th and status still pending?

Can someone guide me to whom shall i contact to ask?

I have been waiting ages as well - I accidentally uploaded the wrong document and had to wait for them to reject it which took 3 days but since I put the new document I have been waiting for over a week now.

My Level 1 → 2 → 3 KYC took like 1-2 days, i would create a support ticket

Thanks to all for the info. , i just got a response from support that it may take 10 days to get it verified.
