Found this article about an exchange named COSS that has USD, EU and GBP pairs and is fully regulated in Singapore. Maybe ETN could check into getting listed on COSS.
If you click on the icon to the left of markets, you can see all the pairs.
It also looks like COSS is integrating some kind of vendor POS system and multi currency wallet app. So maybe there is an opportunity to pursue there too.
