Confirmations needed before transaction showing on app?

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to know how many confirmations are needed for the amount sent from exchange to update in the mobile app?

I am currently at 34 confirmations (roughly 1 hour) and my balance has not reflected the transaction. I pulled an excel file of all withdrawals and can 100% confirm I used the correct address.
