Last couple month I haven’t been able to activate the cloud mining I tried both android and Apple apps

Do you just have one account and are alternating phones to try to initiate cloud mining from that single account?

I have one account. It didn’t work on my android so I tried my iPhone. And still nothing. I only mine from one device.
