Can't log in to mobile app

I’m trying to log in to the mobile app but every time I try it keeps saying for security reasons my login has expired. In the little box where it says that it gives me a link says log in. I click on it and enter the correct email address and password, but it does the same thing all over again. Why do I feel like this Electroneum thing is leading me around in circles???

Have you tried logging in via the web wallet? It might be that your mobile wallet has been blocked due to KYC?
