To Electroneum Experts,
If anyone who has experience with electroneum, I could really use your advice. I created my account three years ago and just tried logging in but now all of the funds (1k) are missing with no outgoing transactions to verify the money was sent out. I have the receipts from coinbase that verified I invested 1k total into electroneum.
When I go to log a ticket to customer support, it keeps redirecting me in a loop saying that there is a high volume of tickets and it would take 5-7 days to get a response.
If anyone could give me some advice or tips on how I can track the money back or recover the funds OR have an alternative method of contacting support I would really appreciate it.
