Account completely Stuck on KYC

Hi All,

Having issues with my supporting document for KYC, for what ever reason it was rejected, I’ve attempted to upload another document, also rejected, its frustrating because I raised a support case 2 months ago and have had zero help.

My big issue now is everytime I login it redirects straight to /user/update-details I can’t access my wallet at all, it just keeps redirecting me to the ’ Unfortunately the supporting document that you previously uploaded does not meet the requirements as set out in the information below’ page.

Can anyone help me get back access to my wallet??

I wish I could help. I’m in the same situation. I urgently need to withdraw a portion to pay for medical bills but the wallet is locked can’t do anything.

Don’t worry that’s why they have support. Submit a ticket.
