Yeah I think confidence in crypto is pretty low generally these days. I still hope that if the mainstream economy tanks more people might move back into crypto again. Lots got burned though so arenāt keen to try again. We need some legitimacy to it and I think ETN is one company that can bring that . So yeah just hope on hoping haha

Iāve pretty much forgotten about the money I put into it before, if it comes back up, great! Aside from the investment angle, the project remains interesting.
If it goes down to next to nothing and I buy more it will just be a complete gamble, I would see it as separate from previous purchasesā¦ imagine how you would feel without the baggage of the last five years, maybe a nice ten-bagger if it makes the stunning price of one whole cent! Just hope some of the ādifficult decisionsā they have to make werenāt something that leaves us old investors high and dryā¦

I donāt know, if the economy tanks (and I donāt really believe in the predictions of disaster put about by Bitcoin maxis) I think crypto will be the last thing people put money in if times are hard. If they do all flock to Bitcoin it will just cause another bubble and the ābigger foolsā get burned the most again, because you know itās not going to slowly increase in a nice orderly fashionā¦
I like that ETN fills important niches such as with Anytask and will remain useful whatever the price and whatever the wider economy. Doesnāt mean to say it will be a high price, new blockchain, Anytask etc, etc, donāt mean a thing to some people, itās garbage because of the price, and team gets the blame for other peoples investment decisions and timing, same old storyā¦

Yeah the only thing can make it work is adoption and partnerships and use case. Anytask is a great platform - who else has something like that. The ability to do phone top ups is also a bonus and the growing vouchers and ways to spend in the app are good. there is a long way to go but at least they have the right approach. Lets see what develops over the next year or so with the new block chain.

Hey guys kucoin just added ETN to Special treatment criteria meaning its being considered for delisting. It just popped up a minute ago. thatās not good. There are a bunch of criteria regarding trade volume and liquidity and other things. I never saw that before so am not certain what will happen next - maybe some kind of monitoring ?

Yes, they are good things, but seem to count for nothing at times, are people using these features, are they still growing? Do we see something other people donāt, or do they see something we donāt?

BLOCKCHAIN UPDATE
The Electroneum Smart Contract blockchain is now being deployed into our final staging area ā¦http://testnet-scblockexplorer.electroneum.com before release.
This will enable the fork to the new chain to be tested end-to-end one last time before it moves to the production servers (fully live).
Some exchanges will be delisting the old blockchain and relisting with the new blockchain as itās a significant change
Unfortunately, getting this timing perfect is mostly out of our hands and our old blockchain may be delisted on some exchanges before the new chain goes live. Itās bad timing, as we had hoped to see the new chain listed at the same time the old one was delisted.
The new chain is in final testing and nearly ready for release
great news !! As i said another day closer. The team has worked long and hard to get this complete, now all we have to do is wait.

The usual clarifications would be helpful to people at this time ie. do they need to do anything with ETN on exchanges, on ETN app, on paper wallets etc etc or migrations will all happen automatically. People are going to ask, so some clear statements on all the usual platforms would save a lot of questions I think.

They did back in June
After the launch of Project Aurelius, when a user opens and syncs their wallet for the first time, it will initiate an automatic transfer of their ETN via the smartchain token bridge onto the new blockchain version.
This automated transfer will take a varying amount of time dependent on whether their ETN is stored on the current blockchain (Flow V5), or on a previous version of the blockchain. Details of all Electroneum versions can be found on Github.
Further details about the migration process will be provided in due course. Please keep an eye out for this on our social media channels, found at the bottom of this article.

hi. Could anyone whu is good from technical sideā¦ explain a bit more easy way to the rest of us. I understood we dont need to do nothing in this moment. My question (maybe is silly) isā¦ what is the best option to keep our ETN now?.. is paper wallet? I have recently bought a bigger amount of ETN and temporary left on KuCoin but I thinking to move that now on mobile wallet. Will it be safe? (from technocal side of changes) or should I move to paper walletā¦ I dont want to loose that!! What your advice gents? @BegaMutex any good advice from your side? thx in advance!

paper wallets imo are always the safest ( as long as you do it offline ) you dont need to print them out as they can be stored on a usb for safekeeping you can copy these to other devices and have several saved ā¦ just in case or print and laminate and put in a safeā¦
With the new update imo this will open the doors to store in other wallets eg metamask trust wallet etc ( dare I say ledger lol )
me personally I use the mobile wallet, never had any issues or problems there, plus the ease of use and data top ups for my kids phone is extremely handy

The my.electroneum.com will be automatically done, as for the gui ( Andreās unofficial ) I dont know what is happening with that, so keep an eye on socials for updates.

Hopfully after (Some exchanges will be delisting the old blockchain and relisting with the new blockchain as itās a significant change) delisting they relisting us streight backā¦ a bit sad they canāt do it this in the same time. That situation is not helping to keep people in the project. Hope for smooth move.
ps. I tried to send some of my coins from KuCoin to mobile wallet now and it is showing āthere are some network dealays and they update me when the transaction will be processed.ā

Dumped a load today, the 20% or so of my holdings that were on exchanges (yeah, yeah, yeah I know!), could see it was tanking and think things might be sketchy for a few weeks.
Will buy back at 0.001ā¦
Not touching my ETN App or paper wallet stashes.
